How do I find available accommodation for the period I want to stay?
Just go to our Accommodation Page fill in the dates that you would like to visit as well as how many adults and children you will be on the top of the page.  Click on the search button. The website will then automatically show all available accommodation for that date.
Where can I find the contact details Semoer Destination?

 Simply go to the Contact Us page. You can choose to send us a message via the website or use our direct contact details as provided.

Where can I find the directions to Semoer Destination?

You can find us on Waze or Google Maps or go to the Contact Us page on our website. Directions are stipulated on the website or a road map can be downloaded.

We have two small children; can we get extra beds in the room?

Generally we do not supply extra beds for the rooms, however should the children be under the age of 12 we do allow for guests to bring their own extra mattress and bedding if arrangements are made prior to arrival.

Are the rates on your website per person or per room?

All rates are per person per night unless stated differently.

Is breakfast included in the price?

Breakfast is not included in the per person per night fee. Once you have retrieved the availability for the requested dates, by clicking on the room name, you will find information about breakfast and room facilities.

Do you offer special discounts (for seniors, airlines employees, etc)?

We provide the best available rates for the dates of your stay. The discounts are already included and therefore it is not possible to have any other discount on the confirmed price.

Do we need a deposit or a payment in advance?

We require a 50% deposit in order for us to confirm your booking. The rest can be paid on arrival or prior to arrival – We do have a card machine available on site.

How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?

When you have completed the steps of the reservation process, an instant on-screen confirmation will appear. It will show your reservation details as well as your booking number. We advise you to print it out. Soon after you will receive an email or Whatsapp to confirm your booking.

Can I book a room by telephone or email?

I have booked accommodation but I did not receive a confirmation by email. What do I have to do?

The most common reason for not getting a confirmation email is typing your email address incorrectly. Therefore, please double check your email address before finalizing your reservation. Also we have noticed that in some cases our confirmation email may end up in your “spam folder”. If you do not receive an email after you have made a booking, please send an email with your booking number and details to liriefouche@gmail.com

Can I book SEMOER Destination for day use?

Day visits are allowed but must be arranged prior to arrival at 072 953 2976

What are the check-in and check-out times of SEMOER Destination?

Check in 15:00 Check out 10:00. Should you wish to check-in or check-out at different times please arrange with us.
